All I've ever had to say to my father is 'I need help with this...' Within hours or days he would come back with a mind boggling jig to help me perfect the process involved. (I make my wholesale displays with the flick of a wrist with a few of his jigs!) I was raised outdoors and in a family who always had workshops full of tools and it feels right to be the'hair stick girl'. It only makes sense that after a decade of watching my lines evolve that Eldon has come up with a few ideas of his own. He is now making hair sticks that I have could and have only dreamed of making.

Stix n Stones presents our newest and most eloquent line, 'The Orito' (patent pending). Designed and Handmade by Eldon Eadie.

'The orito comes in two sizes, 6 inch for larger and 5 inch for finer amounts of hair.

The 'Orito' is a never before seen hairstick....on the outside a beautifully turned and polished hardwood with the taper running from the top to the tip but hidden inside the wood is brilliant patented technology that gives you a hairstick with interchangeable heads, seamlessly bound in brass. The ornation of this hair stick plays a significant role. The 'Orito' blends the elegance and beauty of polished hardwoods with the sparkle and light capturing effect of a rainbow of different colored Cubic Zirconia crystals and cultured gems that can be switched up to blend with the colors of your day or choosing the original polished wood cap provided to give you a elegent natural look.

*Each piece of hardwood used in makinging the 'Orito' is handpicked from a 40 year old family collection of cherished pieces of wood. Stix n Stones maintains a policy of respect for our forests and a large portion of the wood we use comes from the precious scraps from other local companies.
